The company

A simple idea, a unique product

It all began in 2018 with a simple yet ambitious idea: to create a lactose-free alternative to traditional protein products. The challenge: turning egg white into the base of a new product — good, natural, and yogurt-like. Yo as in yogurt, egg as in the egg from which the white comes. The first tests were done in house, then in small adapted plants, until the current Italian plant in Villareggia. The production process still preserves an artisanal spirit: every day requires attention, adjustments, and care. The same care goes into the selection of suppliers: only 100% Italian eggs, fully traceable and strictly controlled, to ensure quality, safety, and transparency. Thanks to the success of the yogurt alternative, our Research and Development team has created two additional innovative products: the gelato and a breakfast drink.
